NEW YORK, June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- ErgoTech, today announced the beta release of WebLeader E-Mailroom, a Web-based, e-mail routing application that quickly responds to and routes inquiries posted to a Web site. Based on Lotus Development Corp.'s Lotus Domino server, WebLeader E-Mailroom forwards any free-form e-mail message to the correct party automatically by Internet e-mail.

WebLeader E-Mailroom acts as an e-mail switchboard that transforms a static Web site into a truly interactive business tool. It is designed to automate certain Webmaster tasks, by immediately sending an acknowledgment response to the inquirer. On the back end, using the sophisticated WebLeader engine, E-Mailroom routes the e-mail to the appropriate internal resources based on pre-defined, customizable assignment rules. Assignment Rules with simple or complex conditions can be easily configured and modified directly from any Web browser. Inquiries are then assigned to the appropriate individual and are automatically delivered to their mailbox via the corporate intranet for action.

System Requirements

WebLeader E-Mailroom requires a Lotus Domino release 4.5 server running OS/2 Warp or Windows NT. For clients not currently using Domino, ErgoTech and their partners offer remote hosting services that can be integrated with their current Web site.
